08/11/08 - Breaking In
Coming at you is the latest version of Barrack Breakers, now with a complete roster of seven regular knights, at least twelve bonus character, a shop feature to refuel and empower your warriors, and 20+ levels to destroy. I've also updated the information pages to include the newly added pieces.
08/02/08 - Crickets & Pods
Well, I sure missed a lot of stuff. I've been leaking out the Encyclopedia still, although slowly. I've pulled out a piece of artwork, too. I'm still drawing, but most of it just appears at Rainbow Resort where no one cares about it. That aside, do you know what happened one year ago? Squish Pod was released. It strikes me as odd that in one year I went from being unemployed to starting and quitting one job in place of another and now residing in Michigan. But that's boring. Squish Pod! Even though I still want to more fully bang out Barrack Breakers, or Breaker Knights as I now prefer to call it to not many anyone think I'm misspelling a presidential candidates name, I've also begun working on a re-vamp of the classic. Taking what worked, shooting and fighting bosses, I've effectively cut out the rest of the game. No levels, just rooms. Squish dodges foes and makes it to the four corners of a lunar labrynth to defeat a boss. Then, it's off to face the big bad and win the game. Shorter, more replay value, and laced with candy (*not really). So, that's my announcement for its birthday of sorts. Nothin' else.
07/08/08 - Onward Still
More of the Encyclopedia has been issued, although not much more. The draining weekend, well, drained me. It's still progressing, however. Plus, with a rarely seen Huh?, it's an update to my art gallery. Ain't that wonky?
06/29/08 - Another Dump
Boy, that sure seems inappropirate. Regardless, another batch of encyclopedia entries was spilled forth today. I've scanned the next batch already, so they just need primed, primped, and printed before posting. If anyone cares about any of this, I'd be surprised.
06/22/08 - Filing
So, let's see here. Am I adding more to the Encyclopedia? Yep. Pictures and entries are added and growing. I had twenty some to go through, so those will get up eventually. I'm trying to keep up the flow here while also managing junk over at Rainbow Resort. Now, by "manage", I just mean change every single page so it no longer sucks in the HTML department, so I guess that makes it an abbreviated way of saying "managing it to not cause internet fires". Yesh. Ever take a look at the coding there? It makes the Web Gods weep cybernetic tears. ... of bytes, I guess?
06/10/08 - Encyclopedia Bimblesnaffica
What's that, imaginary voice in my head? The new and improved Encyclopedia Bimblesnaff has been revealed? What? It's been out on the site for about a week or two now just without advertisement? Well, good thing it wasn't mentioned before, 'cuz now it's out in "full" force. I say such as there's hardly any articles for it. There are, however, a bunch of shiny pictures. I filled up a whole page of the buggers, and most all of them have had pages written for them. Once that lot is done, it's on to another, then another, and another until all five-hundred are done with. Let's see how I keep up.
06/04/08 - New Year, Same Lair
And so the Lair kicks off a new year of webbing just like it kicked off the new calendar year: late. I really didn't want to debut Barrack Breaker in a semi-incomplete manner, but, oh well. There it is, folks. If anyone gives two craps about it, I'll work more on it. But, much like its predecessor, Squish Pod, I'm sure it'll pass into obscurity until retroactively passed in pre-existing series of mine. That, really, is the fate of all things I create. Speaking of creation, that's the next subject of topic... Yeah, sense. The new project of mine is relaunching, retooling, and completing the Encyclopedia Bimblesnaff, with all entries and pictures. With five-hundred plus articles that I know of that need made, it'll be quite the feat.
