Pokémon Fanatic Fiction

Hail Kinak,

I was dragging Cubone around the tower one night, hoping to spot some ghost Pokemon. We got lucky. A Gastly lunged from the shadows at us and knocked over Cubone. Despite Cubones lack of training, no one gets it mad. It stopped paying attention to me and focused entirely on the Gastly. It burst into one of its fits of rage and directed it upon the ghost. It charged towards the ghost and swung wildly, but it dodged. An eerie black ray shot from the specter. It struck him square on the head. It stummbled around foolishly as black bolts of phantom energy rained upon it from the ghost.

He was taking a beating, but finally pulled through. Completely enraged, the Cubone leaped high into the air and smashed its bone into the ground, breaking a large chunk of the earth off hurling it towards the phantom. The piece fractured on contact with the spirit, and it drifted to the ground. Cubone started to beat upon it, but before it did this too much, I tossed my Pokeball at the Gastly...
