Charles "Crazy" Cherry is the seedy owner of Chuck's Bar, the dankest tavern in Fruit Town. He is also criminally insane. He robs the most bizarre items and always leaves his calling card. Literally, a calling card. It's the same one he has at his bar. Annoyed with being trumped by Super Strawberry, he took him up as a rival.

History:

Crazy Cherry was created as a replacement for the reformed Dr. Orange, who made the transition from villain to mentor. His color scheme was identical to the hero, red with pink, making him a good counter balance yet a terrible character to include in the same scene. His color was changed to include a black band so that he would be different and more threatening.

Cherry is one of SS' longest lived and most formidable villains, being one of the few to face him in each incarnation of the series. In the latest, he was one of the only to appear regularly in major story arcs. The other was Dangerous Date.
