A one-eyed beast found lurking within dungeons.

A horrid purple beast that lurks deep within the foulest of dungeons. It stalks about on two legs, seeking out prey with one eye, and bites onto them with its jawless mouth. While intimidatingly frightful, the monstrosity is quite frail and has a fragile armor plating and thin, easily broken limbs.

History:

Woem was one of many strange creatures made to populate the dungeon of the first "game" I ever created, that now survives as DungeScape. Recreating the same enemy time and time again was tiring, so variations were made, particularly for a "boss" version. This beast got the honor of one eye.

The notion of the one-eyed beast was reused in several future ideas, such as the untitled Board Game, as a foe in Rumbl-o-Rama, and finally a beast in Ogum.
