Squish Pod- Bosses

After every four levels, a boss challenge must be faced. They are much tougher than a regular foe. Only Specials can damage them, but a regular Shot still may slow them down.

Bosses

Boss

Opruk

The five eyed horror of the deep. This giant makes its home deep down below the floor. It only ever reveals its head to unleash attacks at intruders. It shoots its own version of the Ricochet out of each of its corner eyes while the immediate area is doused in Nega Blasts. Hit it with a Special when its head is out fully to damage it before it hides away. Try filling up some of the pits, too, to limit its points of attack.

Boss

Lavetto

The three eyed terror of the skies. This wide, floating disc tries to keep a good distance between itself and you, a vertical distance. From this vantage point, it chases after you and rains down acidic droplets. As long as that's the case, none of your attacks can reach it. Luckily, a energized Charge Station can pull it down closer. Once it gets to your level, hit it with a Special.

Boss

Dotugan

The eyeless dread of the inferno. Something is finally a vertebrate, but it's no more identifiable than any of the Squishes. It stalks after intruders and douses them in flame with its fiery breath. Battling this beaked foe is clean cut and concise. There are no tricks, no gimmicks. Blast it with Specials to damage or hit it with a Shot to cut its blazing trail short.

Boss

Kiraban

The two eyed claws of the ocean. This rare crustacean only appears in one place: the bonus round! It lurk beneath the grating of the floor in the water below. While it can't do anything to you, Push Blocks can be knocked down holes to crash into them and build up some points.

Gonitach

The one eyed master of destruction. It is the supreme boss and puts up more of a challenge than any other enemy. It has multiple pieces to it that each require taken out before its core can be destroyed. It is the owner of the Doom Wave, a devastating attack that can plow straight through your offenses.
